The Client: Lexie Hearing powered by Bose

Lexie, a world-wide leader in Audiology and Hearing Aids were looking for expansive growth in the broadcast channel to fuel their new product launches. Paradigm and Lexie teamed up to drive this relationship with QVC. Needing a strong fulfillment partner, specializing in the broadcast channels of HSN and QVC, we were a natural fit. Working closely with the merchant teams, we plotted out strategic sales events and optimized inventory flow for Lexie. The result has been increased sales, and logistic efficiency. A win-win.

We connected Luminara with QVC, as we’d identified the brand to be well-positioned as a leader in the category. We tracked Luminara from Day 1, recognizing their strength in both product and brand presence. Since the time we first drove them on-air in broadcast, Luminara has become the global brand of real flame-effect designer candles that utilize Disney Enterprises Inc. technology patents. Luminara continues to advance this technology and bring new products to market in the U.S., Europe, and Asia.

Parmcrisps are a true American small business success story. Upon meeting with their team, and learning about their homegrown story of recipes passed through generations, we immediately fell in love with their passion for product and enabling a healthy alternative to snacking. Capitalizing on the Keto diet trend, we developed a QVC specific product offering with the buying team, and guided the Parmcrisp team through preparations for their debut. Much to our delight, Parmcrisps delivered a SELLOUT performance in their first ever on-air appearance! We are excited for what is to come with this brand.

The relationship began through an initial Paradigm market scouting project in traditional B&M home improvement sector. Their unique power cord and revolving outlet solutions proved to be a great fit with broadcast consumers at initial launch. And now after years of success in broadcast, we have pushed to uncover additional opportunities and make the most of 360 Electricals momentum. Our willingness to push QVC beyond its typical parameters opened up multiple opportunities for future executions.
